Event Description
Reclaim Our Streets: Women's Solidarity March is a civil society led regional march organised by Life In Leggings: Caribbean Alliance Against Gender-based Violence.
The regional march is based in Barbados, Antigua & Barbuda, Trinidad & Tobago, Dominica, The Bahamas, Guyana and Jamaica.
Join in solidarity with survivors of gender-based violence, in memory of the women and girls who are no longer with us and to reclaim our streets for the generation of girls who have yet to grow up.
Route: Beginning at Queen's Park, down St. Michael Row, left onto Bridge Street, right onto The Wharf Road, continuing to the end following the curves in the road, then right onto Cowell Street, second right onto Lower Broad Street continuing to Upper Broad Street, up St. Michael Row and ending at Queen's Park.
The gender-based march will culminate with a rally which will include live performances and speeches.
