Mondays – 5:30pm – Sunset Flow
(Slow Hatha Yoga) – Hastings Gazebo
Mondays you immerse in a peaceful exploration of slow Hatha yoga, with mindful awareness. Suitable for all levels, this is a sunset yoga session. Join in uncovering the advantages of this gentle practice.
Wednesdays – 6:00pm – Deep Stretch Yoga
Experience tension relief and enhanced flexibility in Wednesday’s deep stretch yoga class. Through gentle, deliberate stretches, find relaxation, improved flexibility, and increased strength. Open to all, join to explore your body’s limits in a serene studio space.
(Beginners’ Yoga) – Hastings Studio
Saturday’s yoga course is tailored to complete beginners. Explore fundamental poses, breathing techniques, and foundational principles in a supportive environment. I provide clear guidance, making this the perfect starting point for your yoga journey.
