Event Description

The Tsunami 5K Run & Walk is back…

Pre-register online as well as make a donation of canned goods/non-perishable items and toiletries to the Thelma Vaughn Children’s Home.

Collect your bib and T-Shirt from the Department of Emergency Management, #24 Warrens Industrial Park, St. Michael, Monday 13th to Friday 24th March from 10am to 2:30pm.

Race starts and finishes by the Post office in Worthing, Christ Church.

The race route:

Worthing Post Office (Base) – Start – Between Church and Fire Station → Up Rendezvous Hill – Turn right into Rendezvous Gardens→ turn left onto 3rd Avenue→ turn left onto 2nd Avenue → Return to Rendezvous Hill heading downhill → Turn right unto Golf Club Road then left on to Dayrell’s Road →continue onto Browne’s Gap → make a left turn, → continue along the road until reaching Hastings Main → back to Worthing Post Office.

All donations go to local a charity.

No Registration Fee – Prizes to be won.
