This is a annual season of The 100 Voice Project, which features recitals of musicians and singers coming to Barbados from many countries around the world.

100 Singers meet together for the first time this August from several different countries, to put on two concerts, building musical networks as well as to show that music is the true universal language.

Persons interested in participating send their musical bio/CV to the organizers and based on a favorable review are offered places on the choir.

This year’s charity is TBA.

The Junior Monarch is a calypso competition for the youngsters.

Contestants will be performing in three age categories: 6-10, 11-14 and 15-18.

This is not just any competition, but a chance for young Barbadians to learn the artform of creating music and express themselves through the rhythms of Calypso and Soca, two of the island’s most beloved musical genres.

Come and experience the excitement as young, talented singers and musicians take the stage to showcase their skills and passion for music.

You’ll be amazed at the creativity and talent of these young performers, who will compete in various categories for a chance to win amazing prizes and recognition. Don’t miss this opportunity to support and cheer on these young stars as they take to the stage with their original compositions and fantastic performances.
