Orgasmic Doulas of Barbados is hosting Doula Training at Sunrise Wellness.
Date and time: February 7th – 28th from 9:00am to 1:00pm
In this birth doula training you can expect to learn not only the how to doula, but also the why we doula. Workshops cover evidence-based information about the benefits of doula support, the history of birth, the significance of doula support to families, practical hands- on techniques, as well as the steps to begin a career as a birth doula.
The price is only BDS$200.
Upon completion of training, participants are also required to volunteer a specified number of hours to local hospitals, birthing centers, polyclinics etc.
