Inspired by local food promotion legend, Carmeta fraser and innovated, manufactured and distrributed by BADMC, Carmeta’s lets home chefs and cooks to create delicious, healthy meals while supporting Barbados dedicated crop and livestock farmers.

Affordable prices and made exclusively with home-grown crop produce and meats, the carmeta’s family of fine food include:
– Gluten-free flours and flour mixes
– Gluten-free cookies and bakes
-Gluten free chilled and frozen desserts
– seasoned meats.

They are having a Free Sampling of Breadfruit Waffles.

At the Pommarine Marine – Wednesday 24th May 2023 and Carmeta’s Prince Alice Highway – Friday 26th May 2023

From 10:00am – 12:00am on both days.

    Mighty Grynner Highway (formerly the Spring Garden)., St. Michael

    This a street party with thousands of revelers jamming behind music trucks in the early hours of the morning.

    Also known as ‘Mud Mas‘ revelers daub themselves with paint and mud and do their best to similarly daub their friends.

    It’s a lot cooler at that time of morning!

    Plenty of food and drink available.

    Organised by the National Cultural Foundation (NCF), the event is expected to attract many bands of registered revelers. There’ll be many ‘unregistered’ as well!

    Foreday Morning is one of the fastest growing events on the Crop Over Calendar featuring bands with live music from the hottest DJs and various percussion groups from across the island.

    Don’t miss out on the most exciting and biggest mud and mas’ event of the year.

    Security is provided.

    There are three starting points:
    Queen’s Park, Bridgetown
    Helipad in Bridgetown
    The Barbados Investment & Development Corporation (BIDC), Pelican House, Princess Alice Highway, Bridgetown

    It ends as usual at the Mighty Grynner Highway (formerly the Spring Garden).

    This is the annual Soca On De Hill all-day concert presented by 4D Entertainment.

    This event celebrates the musical offerings of the Crop Over Festival. It is a live showcase of a local potpourri of rhythmic vibrations from the top local Artistes and bands and is tastefully infused with the appearance of a sprinkling of delightful regional acts whose songs add a further Caribbean flavour to the Vibe on the Hill.
