The Bureau of Gender Affairs, in collaboration with its Men’s Committee, presents a Panel Discussion entitled Is Paternity Leave Essential?

Areas to be examined include:
– The importance of paternity leave to the family
– Moral/ethical elements to make paternity leave effective
– Bonding of family through paternity leave

Panellists:
Patricia Hackett-Codrington – Retired Chief Community Development Officer
Rev. Clayton Springer – Retired Director of the National Assistance Board
Fabian Sargeant – Programme Officer at the Barbados Youth Service
Anderson Langdon – Executive Director of the Barbados Family Planning Association
