Come Taste, Learn, Celebrate all things Sweet & Savoury at the 4th Annual Barbados Chocolate, Pastry & Wine Festival.

Sample amazing chocolates, confections, baked goods, local and international wines  from chocolatiers, bakers, pastry chefs, wine makers, distributors, and more; purchase products available from our exhibitors; indulge in culinary and mixology demonstrations and tastings; attend hands on chocolate experiences and workshops, competitions, and more.

Artisan and craft chocolatiers, bakers, pastry chefs, wine makers, and professionals in the industry from Barbados, the Caribbean, and worldwide will have an opportunity to showcase their quality products, and attend lectures and professional workshops

Venue: Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre (Flamboyant Room and Foyer – Ilaro Court side)

This a street party with thousands of revelers jamming behind music trucks in the early hours of the morning.

Also known as ‘Mud Mas‘ revelers daub themselves with paint and mud and do their best to similarly daub their friends.

It’s a lot cooler at that time of morning!

Plenty of food and drink available.

Organised by the National Cultural Foundation (NCF), the event is expected to attract many bands of registered revelers. There’ll be many ‘unregistered’ as well!

Security is provided.

There are three starting points:

  • Queen’s Park, Bridgetown
  • Helipad in Bridgetown
  • The Barbados Investment & Development Corporation (BIDC), Pelican House, Princess Alice Highway, Bridgetown

It ends as usual at the Mighty Grynner Highway (formerly the Spring Garden).
