    BCCI aims for Managers and anyone with direct responsibility for supervising others to attend.

    This four-and-a-half-hour workshop facilitated in person and give you assess to current coaching skills and provides insight to home and build skills for talent development. It is best facilitated as an in-house training session with management/supervisory teams.
