In the morning, there are four hikes of different pace.
All hikes last approximately 3 hours., but…..
The Stop ‘n’ Stare group walks for 5-6 miles,
    The Medium group 8-10 miles,
The Fast Medium group 10 to 12 miles, and
    The Fast group 12-14 miles.

    Advice for first time walkers
The sun is hot!  You will get tired more quickly than you think.
The best thing to do is to go on the Stop ‘n Stare on your first hike.
If you’re comfortable with that, work your way up.
