Bureau of Gender Affairs: Panel Discussion - Is Paternity Leave Essential?

The Bureau of Gender Affairs, in collaboration with its Men's Committee, presents a Panel Discussion entitled Is Paternity Leave Essential?

Areas to be examined include:
- The importance of paternity leave to the family
- Moral/ethical elements to make paternity leave effective
- Bonding of family through paternity leave

Panellists:
Patricia Hackett-Codrington - Retired Chief Community Development Officer
Rev. Clayton Springer - Retired Director of the National Assistance Board
Fabian Sargeant - Programme Officer at the Barbados Youth Service
Anderson Langdon - Executive Director of the Barbados Family Planning Association

Moderator: Journalist, Sanka Price.
