Tickets are now available for the 2018 Gourmet Taste Series.
The dinner will be prepared by the Barbados Culinary Team who will be competing against other chefs and bartenders from throughout the region at the 2018 Taste of the Caribbean being held next month.
The Barbados Culinary Team creates innovative dishes and cocktails, using local ingredients. These lunches and dinners enable participants to practice for the competition and get constructive feedback from the patrons.
The meals will be served ‘banquet-style’.
Here's the schedule:
Lunch: May 4th, 12:30 pm: Bajan Breeze Restaurant, Divi Southwinds
Dinner: May 18th, 7:30 pm: Palm Terrace Restaurant, Fairmont Royal Pavilion
Dinner: May 25th, 7:30 pm: Garrison Ballroom, The Hilton Barbados
3-Course Lunch Bds $60 per person
3-Course Dinner Bds $90 per person
