The Barbados Olympic Association (BOA) in association with the National Sporting Federations will host the second national BOA Independence Invitational Games (BiiG) (previously named the 50th Anniversary Independence Games) to commemorate Barbadosâ€™s 50th Anniversary of Independence.
The multi-sport Games are intended to highlight the best of local sport, including athletic talents as well as coaching, administrative and other technical inputs, and the business areas of sport.
There will be seven national championship featuring netball, fencing, badminton, swimming, rugby, table tennis and surfing, as well as other sporting events.
